The Full Story

Hey there! My name is Mariel and I've lived in the Tampa Bay/ St. Petersburg area for over 20 years. Originally from Venezuela, I grew up appreciating all the beauty and nature around me. From an early age, I was drawn to anything involving creativity. After completing my studies in Graphic design, I worked as the in-house graphic designer for the largest Automotive maintenance franchise in South Florida and the Carolinas. My 9 years in the company provided valuable knowledge on brand identity, printing, and multi-cultural marketing.

After many years of doing a lot s of oil change coupons, I decided to look for a way where I could keep my creativity growing and I wasn't limited to following the strict brand standards the company demanded. That's when MG Graphic was born, after many years of working for the "big guy" I decided to become a full-time freelance graphic designer and I’ve never looked back!

Being a freelance graphic designer has allowed me to learn about so many industries and meet some many amazing business owners. I find every client inspiring, learning about the passion they have for their business fuels my creativity.
